This is a cake for a family friend - he's in the RAF and a volunteer for the local lifeboats, hence the boat and jet! Also a would-be keen surfer - but that's a family thing!!!! (Yes I remember watching you and Dad running into the surf in Cornwall, Rob. All these years I thought you were surf dudes!)

The recipient of this cake is a self confessed chocoholic. He has just turned 60 and loves going to the gym, but the chocolate will always come first.
